STOP HB2765 – Protect Arizona's Small Businesses from Big-Government Cronyism!
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

Arizona's HB2765 was hijacked with a sneaky strike-everything amendment in the House International Trade Committee. What started as an "international trade" bill now imposes crushing regulations on vapor products:

❌ Rig the market for corporate giants over small innovators
❌ Create black markets of unregulated Chinese vapes
❌ Force users back to deadly cigarettes → higher taxpayer medical costs
❌ Government effectively approves new flavors now? What? This is America.
❌ Bury healthier options in red tape & bureaucracy
❌ Kill thousands of AZ jobs

This rigs the market for Big Tobacco giants while burying small, local Arizona innovators in red tape—killing jobs, stifling harm-reduction innovation, forcing adults back to poison cigarettes, and hiking long-term taxpayer healthcare costs.

Real conservatives fight corporate favoritism, defend free markets, and reject big-government picking winners and losers. Don't let this happen in Arizona!

Take Action Now:

Contact your House Representative TODAY: Tell them to VOTE NO on HB2765 (as amended) and any efforts to advance it.

PASS THE SAVE ACT

Petition to Congress: Pass the SAVE Act and Protect Our Elections

To the Members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives:

As your constituent, I urge you to take immediate action to secure our elections and protect the integrity of every American’s vote by passing the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act and any other legislation necessary to ensure that only U.S. citizens are allowed to register and vote in U.S. elections.

The SAVE Act, which has already passed the House, mandates proof of citizenship at the time of voter registration—closing loopholes that currently allow noncitizens to register and possibly vote in our elections. This legislation is supported by the overwhelming majority of Americans across the political spectrum.

I call on you to include the SAVE Act—or stronger America First election integrity measures championed by President Trump—as part of the upcoming Continuing Resolution or any must-pass legislation. Our election systems must be safeguarded before the 2026 midterm election and beyond.

According to recent polling, more than 80% of Americans—including the vast majority of Republicans, Democrats, and independents—agree that proof of citizenship should be required to register to vote. Protecting the right of American citizens to determine the future of our country is not a partisan issue; it is a fundamental duty of Congress.

Therefore, I respectfully request that you:

  • Cosponsor and vote YES on the SAVE Act and related election integrity legislation;

  • Demand the inclusion of these measures in the Continuing Resolution or any legislative vehicle moving through Congress;

  • Publicly advocate for election reforms that guarantee only U.S. citizens can vote in our elections.

Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our constitutional republic. I expect you to act decisively to protect them.

WHAT THE FLOCK? ACT NOW OR GET TRACKED FOREVER
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

🚨 Arizona — SB1111 - This Bill Could Lock Us Down Tomorrow. We Have to Stop It NOW.

Real safety respects privacy.

That shocked camera on our logo says it all: SB 1111 would massively expand automated license plate readers (ALPRs)—AI cameras that scan every car’s plate as it drives by—without the guardrails Arizona families deserve. These systems, often from vendors like Flock Safety, are already on roads, at schools, and in neighborhoods.

ALPRs don’t just read plates—they track people. Every scan logs your vehicle’s location, time, and direction. Over time, this creates a detailed map of your life: where you live, work, shop, drop kids at school, attend public meetings, visit friends, or exercise your First Amendment rights. Combined data reveals patterns of life, who you associate with, and even predicts where you’ll go next.

SB 1111 is racing through the Arizona Senate right now — and if it passes without the strongest fixes, it hands the state the exact digital surveillance backbone needed for 15-minute city enforcement, zone-based movement restrictions, and rapid crisis lockdowns (think COVID 2.0 on steroids).

The clock is ticking: once these ALPR cameras (from vendors like Flock Safety) are legalized with weak rules, the infrastructure is in place. The next emergency declaration could flip the switch — turning everyday drives into tracked, restricted, permission-required travel, just like Oxford, England, today, or China/Australia in crisis mode.

Don't wait until the cameras are everywhere and the rules are already bent. We must force these top-priority amendments before the vote or kill SB 1111.

TELL MARICOPA COUNTY BOS: BACK OFF RECORDER HEAP
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

County Recorder Justin Heap (the elected official in charge of voter records in Maricopa County, early voting, ballots for the military and overseas voters, signature verification, and more) recently announced he found some non-citizens on the voter lists.

He started the removal process to make sure only real U.S. citizens are registered to vote.

Right after that, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (a group of 5 elected leaders who oversee county business) scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, February 18.

News reports and their own posts say the main reason for the meeting is to possibly kick Recorder Heap out of his job, using an old state law (ARS 11-253).

They only need 3 out of the 5 supervisors to vote yes to remove him—even though voters elected him to do this job.

One supervisor, Mark Stewart, has publicly said he's against removing Heap. But even he voted to start this whole process.

We can't just sit back and do nothing! We're showing up peacefully to defend our right to choose our own election officials through voting.

Bottom line: The people are supposed to be in charge of the government. But government usually ends up run by whoever actually shows up and makes their voice heard.

So let's show up and take action. Send a message, a tweet and make a phone call.
