PROTECT LIFE AND LIBERTY
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

On 4/17/24, two Republican Senators, one House Republican, and all Democrats voted with the pro-abortion industry on a motion in each chamber to bypass in-person public comment and bring votes to repeal the abortion ban straight to the floor.

Regardless of where you stand on abortion, we must send a message that it's a red line to block the right of the people to address our government in in-person public comment.

Send a letter to the legislators thanking those who stood in courage to protect their oath and the right of the people to address our government. The letter also encourages those legislators who did not stand with the people to have a change of heart.

TELL PHOENIX TO UNBAN PUBLIC COMMENT
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

THE DEEP STATE STRIKES BACK

In response to our Stop the AZ Deep public comment project, the City of Phoenix is now limiting in-person public comment to only 5 items to per meeting. This is outrageous!

This policy encourages the Mayor to put coup tyrannical items onto the same agenda so that we can't speak out against all of them.

Call the City Council Members and tell them to unban in-person public comment and allow public comment on every item.

At the State of the Union address on March 7th, Biden reportedly threatened the Supreme Court Justices while there's an extremely important case pending called Missouri vs Biden. This case is about the government colluding with social media to remove our posts or even delete our accounts.

Oral arguments on the case are being heard on March 18th and a ruling is expected to come this summer.

With the overt bullying from Biden, it's time for the we the People to make our voices heard. Thanks to a generous donor, you can submit your letter to the Supreme Court below, and we'll pay the postage and mail it. But you need to get your letter in soon, because the date oral arguments begin is just around the corner.

TELL AZ CORP COMM TO BAN ESG!
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

ACTION ALERT: Tell the Corporation Commission to STOP ESG!

Last week, the Corporation Commission argued that it does not have the power or authority to protect ratepayers from monopoly utilities wedding themselves to ESG. This is NOT true. In fact, the Commission has an OBLIGATION to do so.

ESG requires RADICAL environmental goals, like going Net Zero by 2050. This means the utilities will retire RELIABLE energy production, and instead invest only in UNRELIABLE and UNAFFORDABLE energy leading to catastrophic BLACKOUTS!

ESG also requires unconstitutional discrimination through workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) trainings, employment practices, and discrimination in work contracts based on race. This creates an UNSAFE work environment for regulated utility employees and opens up risk of costly litigation that will be bankrolled by ratepayers.

The Corporation Commission exists to regulate the utilities that have been given a MONOPOLY. Unless the utilities want to open themselves up to competition, they must submit to the regulation of the Commission that protects the safety of their employees and customers and ensures adequate service of AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE energy. As long as the utilities support ESG, they will FAIL to meet these requirements.

Let your Commissioners know you expect them to PROHIBIT ESG at the utilities. It is COSTLY, will make our grid UNSAFE and UNRELIABLE, and the Commission has a constitutional obligation to protect ratepayers from it!

Send an email to all Commissioners HERE!

Make sure to include Docket # AU-00000A-20-0311 in the subject line and the body of the email.

Please email: myers-web@azcc.gov, lmarquezpeterson-web@azcc.gov, tovar-web@azcc.gov, thompson-web@azcc.gov, oconnor-web@azcc.gov

Use the Template Below:

Commissioners,

As a ratepayer, I expect you to PROHIBIT ESG at the utilities. ESG requires radical environmental goals like Net Zero by 2050 which will result in an UNAFFORDABLE and UNRELIABLE grid with rolling blackouts like California. It's estimated ESG is currently costing ratepayers $6B in Arizona and this cost will rise!

ESG also requires unconstitutional discrimination like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) that results in an UNSAFE work environment for employees and will result in costly litigation.

The Commission has a constitutional OBLIGATION to protect the employees of utilities and prescribe just and reasonable rates, which means ensuring AFFORDABLE and RELIABLE energy.

I urge you to adopt a policy BANNING ESG at the utilities.

Please add my comments to Docket No. AU-00000A-20-0311.

STOP 15-MINUTE CITY SURVEILLANCE TICKETING STREET CAMERAS
LET US KEEP OUR CARS.png

The City of Phoenix is preparing to bring back their abusive red light and speed camera ticketing program, with a surveillance expansion component giving them the future ability to track all citizens and all cars.

This is a part of the woke anti-car agenda we’ve been warning about to create 15-minute cities that Phoenix calls TODs in the General Plan. Their goal is to penalize you as much as possible to force you out of owning a personal vehicle (per their staff). This program would increase surveillance and ticketing in ways that raise fundamental privacy and due-process concerns.

They are planning to put these cameras in predominently Hispanic and Black communities, which will create further burdens since the City recently voted to raise water rates by 42% and inflation is driving people out of their homes.

Since the City is rushing into this decision, the Transportation Sub-Committee meeting happening on Wednesday, October 18th at 10 AM is our last chance to protect Phoenix citizens.

Studies show that Phoenix's yellow lights are excessively short causing red light running. Yellow lights should be lengthened followed by a 3 year study period before robot ticketing should be considered.

THREE ACTIONS TO TAKE

1) Call their offices and tell them NO Red Light Surveillance Cameras. Instead, study lengthening yellow light times.

  • Debra Stark, Chair - 602-262-7441

  • Ann O’Brien - 602-262-7444

  • Laura Pastor - 602-262-7447

  • Kesha Hodge Washington - 602-262-7493

2) Submit a public comment online HERE for item #7. You'll need to set up an account if you don't have one by clicking "Sign Up" in the top corner of the Phoenix Public Comment page.

3) Click the Take Action Button below to sign the petition!

4) If you can attend the meeting on 10/18/23 at 10 am either online or in person, sign up HERE two hours before the meeting. Learn more about the meeting and the agenda HERE

Tell them “NO TICKETING SPY CAMERAS FOR PHOENIX!”
