PHOENIX MANDATE UPDATE

Individuals in Arizona who believe they are victims of discrimination due to a mandate by their employer can submit a Civil Rights Intake Questionnaire to the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Causes for employment discrimination include race, color, national origin, religion or creed, sex/gender, age, disability, genetic information, and retaliation.*
